CORE INTEGRITY METRICS

License Portfolio → Core Metrics

The TruthLens Integrity System is built on four essential measurements.
These metrics convert institutional behavior and communication into ratios that reveal structural integrity with clarity — without politics, spin, or opinion.

drift

The contradiction between what an institution claims and what it does. Drift is the earliest and most reliable predictor of institutional failure. It forms quietly — through omissions, contradictions, or unaligned behavior — long before crises become visible..

coherence

The stability of an institution’s narrative across audiences, documents, and time. Coherence is measured through linguistic alignment: Do emails, memos, statements, interviews, and internal conversation tell the same story? Or does the story shift depending on who’s listening?

ELASTICITY

The institution’s ability to recover trust after it is lost.
Elasticity is a structural resilience signal — showing how quickly (or slowly) an organization regains stability after pressure.

The I³ SCORE

The I³ score’s working name is the Integrated Integrity Index It is a single executive-level measure of institutional health. The I³ score blends (1) Drift, (2) Coherence, and (3) Elasticity into one weighted indicator that reflects whether an institution is holding its shape or beginning to fracture
