CORE INTEGRITY METRICS

License Portfolio → Core Metrics

The Structural Measurement Layer

The TruthLens Integrity System is built on three measurable primitives and one composite executive index.

These metrics convert institutional behavior and communication into structural ratios.

They measure alignment — not intent.

They evaluate architecture — not messaging.

drift

Drift measures divergence between stated commitments and observable behavior. It quantifies contradiction across policy, communication, and execution.

Drift increases before visible instability.

It is the earliest structural deviation signal.

coherence

Coherence measures narrative stability across audiences, documents, and time. It evaluates linguistic alignment across:

• public statements
• internal communications
• executive messaging
• policy documents

Low coherence indicates narrative compression or fragmentation.

ELASTICITY

Elasticity measures recovery velocity following trust disruption. It evaluates how quickly institutional stability reconstitutes under pressure. High elasticity indicates structural resilience.
Low elasticity indicates fracture persistence..

The I³ SCORE

(Integrated Integrity Index)

The I³ Score is the composite executive measure.

It integrates:

• Drift
• Coherence
• Elasticity

into a weighted structural indicator. The score reflects whether an institution is:

• Holding structural alignment
• Entering instability
• Approaching fracture

It is not a reputational metric. It is a structural integrity signal.
